Refund & Replacement Policy

3-Day Replacement Policy

At Zento Deals, we offer a 3-Day Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for replacement if:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Important Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging


Refunds

  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Not Eligible for Return

  • Used products

  • Damage due to misuse

  • Claims made after 3 days
